Returns & Exchanges
At AT15 Rugby we want you to be happy with your order. As many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

A photo of the item
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sizing
Please check the size guide before ordering. As items are produced to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.
